Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas

my identity was stolen and i have notified GM financial, they have failed to remove the account off my credit profile, .. i was told the the car was repossessed in - ... well i live in - this account is as a result of identity theft and was not opened by me. GM Financial collectors call to make illegal threats.. these are against FTC rules . i have furnished them with notarized statements & police reports .. even court papers but they refuse to remove their false negative reporting also this account was included in bakruptcy and should have been removed anyway
