I believe I received this offer after clicking a sponsored ad for credit card offers on -. A few days later I received an unsolicited prepaid debit card displaying my name in the mail. Several attempts to reach a " live '' representative failed and automated methods required a SS number that I refused to supply. I have no active account with this organization, so I see no need to offer any personal information beyond my name.
