JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
My complaint is with Chase Health Advance ... I called this company in - 2014, to let them know I was not getting a bill for this account ... .Chase agreed they were sending the bill to the wrong address and agreed to send it to the proper address ... I spoke to someone prior to this and let them know I was moving, and gave them my new address, however, this company still failed to send me a bill ... .In the past I called the company to pay the bill over the phone occasionally when I had time, however, you would think after calling in to change your address, and several other times to get the bill to your house, a large company could follow through ... Having said that, I never received a bill ... This account is being fraudulantly reported to the credit bureaus without my knowledge which violates the fair credit reporting act ...
