I have attended - - - since 2012 sallie Mae used to be the lender of my student loans ever since - took over I have had nothing but issues, anytime I call nobody wants to help, and the representatives I spoke with were extremely rude! I have been going through a financial hardship for over 6 months, they claim I do n't qualify for any programs or they do n't offer them, my husband was out of work and I was out of work and we just had a baby in -, they disregarded everything I had to say and said I needed to pay something, I do n't want to neglect my obligations but I need help getting back on track.
