On -/-/- I requested a 90 day fraud alert due to losing personal identification items. Instead of the 90 day alert Equifax placed a 7 year fraud alert. Since then, in both - - and - - I have mailed a letter to the address specified by Equifax for removal of fraud alerts. I included copies of my social security card, NC state ID card ( valid until - ) and a current power bill. As of -/-/- the fraud alert has not been removed. I want it gone immediately. I am including a copy of the page showing the fraud alert still present on -/-/-. Equifax Confirmation # -
