I made transaction on my Rushcard that resulted in lost funds and interactions with very rude customer service agents and a rude dispute department. I made several transactions that are not showing up in my account. They are telling me that these transactions were never made against my account - Pending - - - - $67.00 Transaction ID : - Pending - - - - $67.00 Transaction ID : - My bank statement does not show these transactions but they were made to the company identified in the information about the transactions. I want to have a repair of my bank statement done and find out why my debit card was altered to no show these transaction and why my account is in the negative. I was allowed to make transactions on my account when it clearly showed that the account was in good standings. However, later changes where made that made the account go in negative standings. I also had problems with my transaction with - on - -, 2015.
