I was just alerted that my account was closed without my discretion. My credit score dropped - points due to care credit closing my account because I did n't use approved funds quick enough. I requested a copy of there disclosure as well. I will have an attorney review this matter as well. How is it legal to approve a person then close the account due to inactivity on it? That can not be legal! I should have some type of say so. It clearly states on their website that once your approved their is no expiration to use funds.
