I have been charged several insufficient fees for - transactions. Initially when I made the charge with my debit/credit card the funds were available in my account on - -, 2016 in the amount of $12.00 and the other charge $11.00 on - -, 2016. In my account I had approximately $850.00 available. So those transactions were completely covered. I also viewed my account on - -, 2016 my account was still in good standing all through the day until - -, 2016 at -. Then my account went into negative over $350.00 of fees. I called chase and reminded them that on my account I signed for transactions to be declined when funds are not available. He said a check was presented for $1600.00 on - - and their policy is to pay the check first no matter what other transactions were presented before the check. I 'm asking for the return of the fees of $68.00. The check was deposited by error I had chase to cancel the check.
