Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Washington

- - - is still showing the last payment made wrong. The last payment was made on - - but they are reporting that the last payment was made on - -. I have already contacted - - - and Transunion but nothing has changed. I had a - in - and was - and lost my job. There is no way that I was able to pay the mortgage during the time I was admitted in the hospital. I asked - - - to send me any kind of proof like a cancelled check showing that a payment was made in - - but no one has answered my request. I think someone else sent in a payment and possibly my account was applied this payment by mistake.
