This is my second complaint towards Synchrony Bank ( aka. Care Credit ). They are again miss applying my payments and calling me saying I am behind on my account. I pay every 2 weeks without fail. I tried to talk to the person on the other end of the phone but they either did n't understand what I was saying or did n't want to hear what I had to say. I should be ahead by - or more payments at this time and there should not be any reason for them to call me.
