Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Kentucky

I called into transunion in - and spoke with a supervisor about - - accounts that I had that where due to come off my report. I told him that the open date and the date of first delinquency was wrong and according to my records, it was time for them to come off my report. The supervisor told me that if I called back in - of 2016 and requested a supervisor to look at the accounts, they would remove them immediately. I was ok with this because it was only a few months. I called back today and requested a supervisor. I told him what I was told in - and that I wanted them removed. He looked at the accounts and told me that because of the dates they have reported, it would be - of this year before they would be removed. That is not what I was told and the dates of the accounts being opened are not the same as what they where when I called in -. I think that is the reason why this supervisor said they wouldnt be removed for another 10 months now. There is also a collection associated with


same date and the last payment was made at the same time. This was over 7 years ago which means they should be removed according to the FCRA. I just want the accounts removed like they said they would do since it is past the time they should be reported. I do not want them disputed as I did that already and I think that is what caused the dates to moved and now I am having problems getting them removed. Transunion needs to honor what they say and remove all - accounts since again, they are past the time that they should be reporting.
