Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Michigan

I received a plastic credit card from - not long my bankruptcy had been granted. I called them wanting to know how long was the card good for and how much it was for. The person I talked to took it upon himself to do all of those inquiries.I did not give him permission nor asked about buying a car, ( I just got my drivers license back in - of last year ) .i lost my license almost 20 years ago, why would I attempted to buy an auto if I could n't drive it? After joining - I received several notices about the inquiries and after investigating I found out that the salesman at - had been making all of these inquiries. I immediately called him and asked him what the - was he doing, I did n't want a car I called asking questions and he knew that. As you can tell by the dates of the inquiries they were made on the same day.If you need proof of my license situation I can send you proof. I feel that these inquiries should be removed from my reports because I did not request them nor was I trying to buy anything.
