Navient refuses to answer questions regarding payment plans. I have records of several e-mails where Navient 's only response is to " call them '' but then when you call in, there is no accountability for what is said over the phone. Navient has made absolutely no effort to work with me, a professional in my field with a credit score of -, and instead has pushed me to look into options of bankruptcy as their current payment per month would quickly force me to choose between paying my mortgage, or paying my student loans.
