Credit monitoring or identity protection problem with fraud alerts

Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem with fraud alerts California
CFPB, Can someone from the CFPB please tell me why it is OK for Transunion to obfuscate the ability to create a free - fraud alert? I 've spent 30 minutes on the site trying to find it and it 's nowhere to be found. I do n't believe that follows the spirit of the requirement to provide this service. Please have Transunion, like the other - reporting bureaus, place a clearly identified link to the free 90 day fraud alerts on their home page. This is not rocket science and CFPB should have this kind of a consumer friendly check as part of their regular monitoring of these agencies.
