I cancelled the card because I was getting unauthorized Charges, I called Netspend and asked for a new card, I got the card and called to activate, I was told that I had negative $1.00 and was told that I had not used the card in 180 days ... .Got a new card - I called -/-/- to activate and was told that I have a negative $45.00 this time from - -, who I have no clue to why I would have a charge. If I have not used the card in 180 days and the card is not activated, how can someone charge to the card, I called and asked for a Supervisor 2 times and each time I was left on hold for 25 to 40 minutes I was also told that the - charge is from -
