Synovus Bank Credit card department,
I had a credit card stolen and used to make a purchase at - - - and several other locations. I immediately contacted my credit card company and reported it stolen - they cancelled the account and opened a new one, however, - of the charges made by the person who stole my card was this - - - charge. Apparently, - disputed it and they allowed it to be re-billed to MY NEW ACCOUNT. They sent a letter asking me to sign and return via fax the them and I did, within the 10 day period - that charge is still being charged on my account.
