Tried calling TransUnion for assistance on my credit report. Was told " Special Handling '' is the only ones that can assist me with my report and that I 'd be transferred. No one ever answers when I call. I just receive voicemail. My calls are not returned. When I call back and ask for the direct number to this department, TransUnion wo n't give it to me. I 'm told I just need to call back to the regular number and asked to be transferred. I feel TransUnion is treating me different based on my prior complaints to the CFPB, and now TransUnion is failing to provide me the same assistance as they will to others on the phone.
