Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Keep getting calls about my loan Colorado

I have student loans with Sallie Mae. I am still in school and while I it has taken far longer than I ever hoped, I have never left school. I have taken a couple term breaks of a month or two, but have never stopped attending. Sallie Mae will not stop calling even when I upload documents, speak with customer service agents, refer them to the clearing house. They just keep calling and emailing demanding payment. When I speak with a customer service person they inform me the calls are automated and will not stop until I bring my account current. Why are they allowed to dog people none stop and will not accept emails, only uploaded forms or phone calls that they keep saying I my school info is not available to them? Surely there has to be some for of protection from this type of harassment. The stress is sending me crazy. do n't they think if I could have finished school and repaying my loans I would have? I need to help to get these dogs off my back so I can focus instead of the constant hounding for payment.
