I have received a copy of my credit report and observed that an American Express account is opened under my name that I did not authorize or open. This company has my personal information and account that I did not open. They also gave collection agencies my personal information. American Express should never have my personal information or allow an account to be opened under my name without my authorization. They should also sent my information to collection agencies. I also found out there is a judgment on credit report. I was not told by American Express that they sued me and to appear in court. I was not notified. I have never done business with company.
