I Refinanced my mortgage from a company The originator is - - - - On - -, -. Funded through the -. I am a - service connected veteran. The telephone number on the good faith estimate is -. The address is - - - - -, UT - It was a 15 year buy down to around 2.75 % which will cost me a premium of about $6500.00. I pay my bills on time all of the time prior to their due dates. Since switching from - with a 15 year Mortgage to - - - - I have been deluged with unwanted mail of additional offers from - - - - attempting to induce me into considering a 30 year Mortgage. I tried contacting -. and requested them to stop sending me the unwanted and inferior and costlier offers. Then the - - - - advised they the mortgage would be serviced by Lender Live Network. The trouble and fraud begins to unfold here. I pay my mortgage on time every month. I have been notified by the Protect my ID Company
Lender Live - - the servicing agent company for - - -. Protect my ID has also alerted that the same company Lender Live - - initiated another account to all - credit reporting agencies again today on - -, - again I did not request. I demand that Lender Live - - desist from intentionally providing incorrect and false information on any and all credit reporting agencies involving myself and my mortgage with the exception of correctly and timely reporting and recording my payments. In addition when ever I attempt to call - - - - to attempt to resolve any issues or concerns we are advised we have the wrong company telephone number. When I continued to find out from Lender Live - -. I was provided with an incorrect e-mail address servicing --. Lender Live - is causing trouble to consumers where there should be none. They need to be correct and professional ; which clearly they are not and are acting fraudulently. I have documents to provide the good faith estimate and the HUD Settlement and copies of all of my reconciled cancelled payment checks as to documentation of who when where and when payments were made. Further in the event I am harmed in any way from Lender Live - and - - - - I fully intend to collect damages as a result of their improper actions. I clearly will not accept any arbitration clause if it should happen to arise as a condition it will be a clear opt out for this citizen and writer. - -
