I was in a business - - and we were approved for a loan using a CD as collateral. after the partnership dissolved, we were unable to continue paying loan and the bank used the CD to pay the outstanding balance. It has been over 7 years and the negative scar is still showing up on my credit report. It shows as a " charge off '' and has a zero balance. how do i remove?
