Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
Wells Fargo Dealer Services has violated the FDCPA. They are calling my employer phone # and leaving messages for me, this is after I have notified them that my employer does not allow personal calls and I asked them NOT to contact me at work period but they did on -. This is after speaking with me twice on my cell phone while I was driving. The have violated the Act by contacting - parties. There was no need to contact a - party. I believe it was for embarrassment. I have spoke with them on the same day and on multiple occasion within the last 2 weeks!!! I am in frequent contact with WFDS and
They have called my cell phone - times TODAY ... ..this is harassment and annoying and also using up all my cell phone minutes for unnecessary calls. This is after speaking with the local office to set up a payment arrangement. Their tactic is, if you do not pay today, we have to keep calling you ... ..really, I do n't think so. I agreed to set up an acceptable arrangement. However, she wanted an additional $10.00 to set up a payment, or I could do it on line for free. I came home to do it online and it will not allow me to set up a payment for a future date as she agreed on the phone. Really, somebody needs to speak with these people about these serious violations and how they plan to correct them.
