Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Illinois
JP Morgan Chase continues to re-order transactions in their best interest to charge fees to my checking account. There have been several instances over the last 2 years where this has happened. In - my account was charged nearly $1800.00 in fees and in - it was charged over $2000.00. During that time I received reversals of close to $500.00. However, that is not enough " good will '' to satisfy my as a consumer. In several instances, I have submitted payments originating from - - to be deducted from my account to coordinate with my Friday bi-weekly payroll. Chase will deny the transaction for insufficient funds when they are clearly available and charge a fee for a returned draft. Then, a few business days later, - will resubmit, Chase will pay and then charge me for insufficient funds. Now, ive been hit for - fees for the same transaction. Other transactions, such as - they claim are recurring charges because - " retains my card information '' and over the weekend charges are presented and then charged fees when deducted on Monday for Non-Sufficient Funds. I elect on Chases website to not allow overdraft from debit cards yet have been charged many times for debit card transactions. This is not explained in my cardholder agreement and I have been misled by this bank. Chase has been sued for charging fees before and without an agreeable resolution I will look to an attorney.
