Ria Financial Money Transfers Complaint

Ria Financial Money transfers department,

International money transfer Money was not available when promised New Jersey

Ria Financial Services ( aka Ria Money Transfer ). Transfered $2000.00 ( order - ) to an account in - and they were supposed to credit the money on -/-/2015 - as stated in their website. Money has not been deposited yet and all they say is they will contact the bank. - 's customer service is the worst ever. Once the transfer was delayed, they did n't call me or emailed me, I had to call them to ask what was going on. And they do n't have an answer or solution. Also they state the transaction as completed!
