Capital One Credit card department,
I bought product from a kiosk at the - - from a company Called " - ''. They fraudulently did not disclose that all sales are final and tricked me into buying the product with no course of refund. I tried to dispute the transaction with Capital One and they denied my case and told me to work with the merchant. They promise fraudulent protection yet denied me when I needed it the most. If i could have resolved the issue with the merchant I would have. But the fact I couldnt want why Iook the option to dispute the charges
