Credit monitoring or identity protection account terms and changes
TransUnion Credit reporting department,
Credit monitoring or identity protection Account terms and changes California
I recently bought a home. I went on line to the - reporting agencies for my free credit reports. I found the sites difficult to navigate and before I was through, I had become a member of both - and TransUnion. I was afraid to tamper with the process, so I kept the memberships in effect until now. I was able to terminate my membership with - without difficulty, but have found the TransUnion website to be very opaque about the process. It looks like I have to call a phone number during working hours to be able to terminate my membership. That is not right. I should not have been directed toward membership in the first place, and it should not be difficult to terminate a membership.
