Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
I was charged late fees on more than one occasion and no one seems to want to remove this issue in a timely manner. About 2 billing cycles ago, I went into the walmart store to make a $25.00 payment on my walmart credit card. I did n't have the actual statement with me but since my previous minimum amount due was $25.00 that is what I paid. The next month I realized that my payment was actually $4.00 shy and I was charged a $35.00 late fee!!!!!! I immediately contacted customer service to complain and was told that the late fee would be removed. That said, I made my normal payment on the due date and was charged ANOTHER late fee. Today, on -/-/- after noticing that nothing has been corrected and that late payments are still being applied to this account, i paid $35.00 as everything else is late fees that are continuously being applied to my account all over a payment that was MISTAKENLY $4.00 shy. I had also requested months ago that my payments be due on the - of each month, I believe that request only lasted for one month and now the payments are due on or about -/- of each month which is not what i requested at all. Lastly I want to make sure they WM is NOT reporting that I have been paying my account late to the credit agencies because that is not the case!! I would have loved to get this issue resolved via customer service but no one over there has been of any help.
