PayPal Holdings, Inc. Money transfers department,

Domestic (US) money transfer Fraud or scam New Mexico

I have a Bank Account, and a Credit Card, registered with PayPal. Pay Pal will not let me remove my Bank Account from their system due to " pending transactions '' even though I have had NO transactions in over 100 days.
