Closing/Cancelling account North Carolina

Synchrony bank constantly closes accounts without first checking with the account holder. My rooms to go card has been cancelled twice since - without even a call to me to see what if anything was wrong. Then when you choose in they have bankers hours as if fraud only occurs during those times. So now i ca n't even get this straightened out because the people are " off ''
