Incorrect information on credit report Account terms California

There are quite a few collections on my account that should have been removed by now but the initial date reported seems to change. I do n't believe that ; s legal and some of the accts have been charged off years ago and are now back on my credit report. These credit bureau 's are impossible to fight and seem to be able to get away with this type of stuff all the time. Please help if you can.
