TransUnion mailed me a copy of my report dated -/-/2015. On the first page TransUnion tells me if I find an inaccuracy on my report to dispute the inaccuracies online. When I try to do so I receive an error message. I contacted TransUnion at the phone number provided and have been told multiple times that my online access would be unlocked so I can process disputes online yet I still receive this error message. TransUnion is reporting inaccurate and outdated personal information on my report and is not allowing me to fix it.
