Incorrect information on credit report Public record California

The Transunion Corporation is violating my rights to an honest and true credit report by reporting to the public records section of my file and outdated and inaccurate tax lien that was made in error many years ago. The filed date is incorrect and the item does not include the lien removal slip which was granted by the judge following my attorney adamant appeal at the debt placed against me by the State Tax Franchise board of California. I have asked this information to be verified and have forwarded my tax removal slip to the bureau to be propeller verified and I requested a full and complete report domineering their pruderies and desciprtion during this reinvestigation process nearly 6 months ago and have been provided with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I am infuriated and disgusted by this poor attempt at a reinvestigation in my part and have become utterly anxious at the way my credit report is currently being reflected. It is not 100 % accurately because of this tax liens and the mis information it contains and i have been denied a lawful investigation. I have waited past the 30 day mark threefold of a time an don longer will wait


have NOT and it is their responsibility to provide me procedures and the descriptions and they have NOT. Why do i have NOTHING from this company and yet they are allowed to still report this? Why is it that i have mailed them every piece of document i can and the - - recorders office claims that they have receive don calls or validation requests from this bureau? What is it that has validated this? No one and nothing! They claim to use a 3rd party vendor and REFUSE to disclose anything about who they are and how they operate and validate consumer information. I will NOT rely on a 3rd party vendor with my financial life on the line, that is insane and not fair nor is this acceptable. Is this vendor certified? Is this vendor in the United States? Is this vendor knowledgable in the - - court systems? DO they have full and complete access to my report and all of my appeals and court records? When was this Vendor last certified and is their software up to date and FCRA certified and compatible with the law and guidelines? I WOULD NOT KNOW BECAUSE THIS VENDOR IS A MYSTERY AND THIS VENDOR IS RUINING MY LIFE!
