Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Florida

- is reporting inaccurate information in reference to - - account. I have disputed this account previously and it was deleted then later appeared. I contacted - requesting information from the original creditor so that I could reach out to them, since I have n't done business with - since 2006 and this gym is no longer located in my area. To date I have yet to receive anything from this company justifying as to why this old account is being reflected on my credit report.
