I got the - - US Bank Credit card a couple years ago. Within the last year, the benefits for the card have been removed. I have paid the annual fee to receive these benefits. Specifically, there is a benefit to receive a free night with a points booking after paying the annual fee, and this has been taken away. - - is not living up to their end of the bargain, as I have paid the annual fee and am not getting any of the benefits. Here are some of the notes listed on their website : " Enjoy all of these benefits for $75.00 Annual Fee " and the Bonus nights are listed as a benefit for paying the annual fee, hence, Bonus nights are a benefit of the annual fee I am paying. The language included in the agreement I signed up for states that I get the 2nd free night after paying the $75.00 fee. US Bank/- - is not living up to their own terms & conditions. Please let me know any appropriate follow-up with CFPB or - -.
