I called navient because I was falling behind on my loan payments. They told me I already had deferred them too much. I told them them I was still in school but they did n't care, I needed to start paying my private loans already. So we made and agreement that they would charge automatically from my bank acounnt - dollars on the - of each month and I stuck with it for a year. I lost my job after that year and I could n't afford to have money withdrawn every month so I stopped the plan and let them know. They said I had 60 days before my account would reach deliquency. When that happened I talked to them again and asked if we could start that auto payment option again. They agreed and they charged me - again in -/-/-. They said I had to call again to really set up. I did it for -/-/-. They told me that on -/-/- they would charge me - but after that on the


- dollars on -/-/- even though we discussed that there was no way I could make payments like that because that is more than what I make a month. They had already told me that once we started the auto pay option that would not be a problem. Yet this does not show up in the system at all! And they never charged me the - dollars they said they were going to charge me. It 's as if that phone call never happened. What bothers me is that they acted like they were willing to work with me but they never followed through. I 'm frustrated with these people. I 'm not sure if I can trust them anymore. They claim to work with the student and they did for awhile but it seems now they do n't want to. Why do they act like they are working with you when they are not?
