My issue is with my current finance company Exeter Finance. I purchased a vehicle -/-/2015 from - which was to be financed by Exeter finance company. I returned the vehicle the same day because I was having issue before I could get it home and I got another car financed through Exeter. - sent the funds for the first car back to Exeter via ACH as they should -/-/-, however I did not know until recently that Exeter Finance put the original loan for - on my credit report ( which is incorrect ) along with the current loan that I have. I am having issues with the car that I kept a - Chevy Equinox and went back to - -/-/2015 and purchased another vehicle that I returned the next day. - sent those funds to Exeter Finance on -/-/- as required under the return agreement. Exeter Finance also has that loan for - on my credit report ( which is incorrect also ) as well even though they received the funds via ACH from -. Neither of those accounts, - and -, should be on my credit report and they are not removing them. I have called numerous


spoke with Transunion and was told I should not have to dispute these that Exeter can remove these mistakes ( THEIR MISTAKES ) the same way they put them on there. I am exhausted trying to get someone else 's mistake removed. My current car financed through Exeter is shutting off while I am driving which - extremely dangerous and scares me as I have - children. I have gone through the expense of renting vehicles to have something safe to drive as I have physical limitations and I need a reliable car. I can not purchase another car until Exeter removes the FALSE loans from my credit report. Can you PLEASE help me get a resolution to this issue? I have called the corporate office only to be sent to a voice mail. I am not understanding why that would be the case during business hours and that is not the first time I called. Again can you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer me in this situation as it seems Exeter has no intention on resolving this issue and rectifying THEIR mistake. Thank you
