Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
Advertising and marketing Florida
- # - : Amazon is intentionally & knowingly holding orders over a week after charging customer credit cards before presenting items to shippers, to force customers to purchase their PRIME service for $99.00 per year. According to - regulations charging of credit cards prior to shipment is a violation of all merchant account contracts. Amazon states that the 7+ day holding time is for processing after they have charged credit cards, YET they are intentionally misrepresenting 7 day shipping times and using the said shipping times to hold orders - so people spend the $99.00 fee for faster shipping. Shippers like - - AND USPS take an additional 7 days to ship said products making total time since order origination over 14 days, THIS is false, misleading and fraudulent for Amazon to try to force customers into a contract for their PRIME service by holding orders & delaying service.
