On - -, 2015 I got a very attractive credit card offer from - - ( incl ). Major benefit included : " $150.00 cash back bonus. Spend $500.00 in the first 90 days of Cardmembership and earn a $150.00 cash back bonus ''. Same day I 've applied on-line and was approved. On my first statement, dated - -, 2015, I 've spend total $800.00 and on - - paid in full ( incl ). According to the fine print : Bonus points will be credited to your account 6 to 8 weeks after you reach the $500.00 spend ( incl ). So, I completely followed the rules and meet all requirements. Then I was patiently waiting for -/-/2015 statement to get my cash back bonus. Unfortunately, my - statement arrived with no bonus and I call the - - customer service. Analyst agreed with my concern and advised me that resolution will come shortly by mail from a different department. On - -, I 've received the letter ( incl ) indicating that bonus rewards will be posted 10-12 weeks from the end of the offer period, which is additional month on a top of 2 month in original offer. I 've wait another month, but - statement also come with no bonus. On - -, 2015 I called again customer service and spoke to several people including the manager. Nobody, including manager, was not able to give a clear answer why I do n't get my cash back bonus. Manager was so rude and unprofessional and told me : If I do n't like the service I should close the account, which I did ... Please investigate and advice ; what are we dealing here : false advertising or just poor service? Also, how come such a bad company can use and apply American express logo?
