I contacted you regarding a bank going into my credit report without me having any relationship, EVER with the bank. The case number which you gave me was -. The case was closed out. The problem is that to date- -/-/15, the Compass Bank of - - Alabama has not initiated the process to remove their credit inquiry from my - - credit report. I spoke to - - on -/-/15. They reiterated to me that it is a very simple process for Compass to do. However, Compass lied to CFPB as well as me that they would be initiating the process on -/-/15. - - has n't received anything from them. The inquiry is still on my credit report
