Purchased a truck from - - in - NC on -. I awaited payoff of another car for 3 weeks, and continued to make payments to that vehicle so not to damage my credit. Only after many contact attempts I spoke to the fiance manager whom had the payoff sent. I waited for the registration for the transfer of tags for almost a month, and made another series of calls till i was able to speak to the manager again, on that day according to the registration they completed the paperwork to transfer the plate. It has also come to my attention that the title work was either done wrong, or not at all. This is a clear violation of -. Perfection by indication of security interest on certificate of title.
