TransUnion Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Public record Georgia
There are - state liens on my credit file. They are not my state liens. They are associated with another person at a different address with my name apparently. After telling this to the bureau over and over again, they have refused to remove it. I even contacted the courts and they stated that they do not communicate and verify information on state liens to the credit bureaus. And - courthouse do not have anything with my complete SSN and address on file. So, I need to know how do the credit bureaus verify, especially if it is not through the main source. And, who gave them permission to do so, if that is what they did. it is obvious that they have the incorrect information.
