I was issued - Balance checks from US Bank Platinum for balance transfers for 18 months. I was late with a previous payment and I called and got it resolved with the company. I was assured that it was taken care of and my interest rate was still -. She offered to transfer my additional balances with the - interest rate for 18 months.. They sent the next bill charging interest saying my account was delinquent. I called the day the bill arrived on -/-/2015 and the woman said she would not remove the interest rate increase. I closed my account. This company lied to me and tricked me into transferring my balances to a high interest rate.
