After being denied a payment plan which was granted by all other affiliates and divisions of - - - - and after being turned over to collection there was back and forth about what was actually owed I received -, - ( division of - - - - - ) statement dated -/-/- in the mail with a balance due of $940.00 which I paid in full within 3 days and have a cancelled check # - in the amount of $940.00, see attached.

A Debt Collector - - - - - - - - - , - -, ( - ) - - and spoke to the Manager, - - - who confirmed the balance due is $1000.00 and that - a division of - - - - has not released the account. I asked - -, " IF I have a balance due then WHY have n't I heard another word from you in over a year, one year and four months to be exact? '' and - replied " okay -, okay. '' - - - - -, and - - - - are in on denying me my rights to show a - balance, collection paid on my credit report. I paid this bill ONE YEAR and FOUR MONTHS ago and this is the continued harassment from Collection Bureau Services Inc., and - - - - - - is blatant.
