I put an - iPhone 6 plus on layway for my daughter for $710.00 at the - store. I made several payments with cash and debt cards. After I completed all the payment and I received the phone. When I tried to activate the phone with my provider, - informed me that the phone is locked under t-mobile. I returned the phone to - for a refund. They said it would have to be replaced on a credit/debit card. I informed the manager the payments we made mostly with cash and there were different cards yused. He told me it did n't matter which card. I gave them a netspend card in which the total purchase amount was refunded to the card. In about 24 hours the refund posted. At that time netspend put a block on the total balance $920.00 in the account instead of blocking or have the refund pending. I am truly outraged and I 'm infuriated. I have no access to any money. I call customer service to resolve the issue. It should be against the law for them to not allow me access for my funds that were in the account before the refund. I provided them receipts. It is as easy as making a phone call to get validation on the transaction. Now I have to pay a fine for court tonight @ - but I have no money.
