I have a loan with Specialized Loan Servicing for nearly 10 years. The loan payment increased as a result of the GOING TO TERM from Interest Only. The - payment was made via AUTO BILL pay for - versus -. The - payment was received before due date and once we realized that it was less the the minimum I contact SLS and made a payment for the balance prior to end of GRACE Period. SLS is taking - of the payment for maintenance and not my full payment.
