In a recent attempt to finalize re-payment options for my student loan with Navient Solutions, I was told that there was a second loan which had not been accounted for in addition to my current loan that shows a balance of $2800.00. When I inquired about this second loan I was told that it was a larger loan with a balance of around $11000.00 and that I needed to address this - as well or I could be facing possible action and even wage garnishes. I informed the Navient representative that I did not want to accept any unknown loan without seeing paperwork regarding this " new '' account. I have been making payments on my account since -, formerly through - -, and since then I have made an estimated $10000.00 in documented payments throughout the life of the loan.

In addition to that, I would also like to request any and all paperwork regarding any loans that are associated with my social security number ending in - that are currently under their possession as well as any third party agency representing Navient such as - - - , -. or any other company alike. I would like to conclude by stating that on - -, -, I provided a power of attorney to appoint - - - of -, - -, -, - - - -, - -, - T- - to serve as my agent in an attempt to collect this information from Navient. Since then nothing has been sent by Navient to them or to myself. Thank you
