I have - private student loans managed by Navient and I have made student loan repayments to them for over 3 years. Recently, they enrolled me in a special repayment program started from - 2015. Navient & I both mutually agreed $ - monthly payment at 3 % interest to cover the - private student loans mentioned above in order to bring my - student loans into current. I set up auto debit with Navient and they have withdrawn - payments with total of $1200.00 from my checking account. After withdrawing the first payment on - -, 2015, their staff called me and told me that the previous staff & supervisor did not set up the program correctly, then she cancelled the program and re-enrolled me into another one. A month later, Navient took out another $630.00 from my checking account on - -, 2015. A few weeks later after second payments withdrawn from my checking account, their another staff called me and told me that the - previous staff did not enroll me into the program correctly, then she cancelled this program and re-enrolled me into another - again. Today - -, 2015, - from Navient called me and told me that the - previous staff ( again ) did not enroll me into this program accurately and the total of $1200.00 that Navient took out from my checking account did not apply to my qualifying - student loan accounts as initially agreed, resulting the - accounts in delinquent / past due. - told me that she will re-enroll me into another program again... I 'm really frustrated that Navient & their employees have keep calling and telling me that their unqualified staff keep making mistake on my accounts. May I request further investigations on their operations as I believe they are systematically commiting fraud. After over 3 years of making student loan payments to - / Navient, my current balance is almost double original amounts that I got loans from them.
