I received free night E-certificate for a both business and personal - - co-branded credit cards ( and my wife received one as well ). In the terms and conditions, it clearly states that : Each E-Cert is valid for one night in - standard room, double occupancy, at any -, - ( - ), - - ( - ), - - ( - ) by -, or - - -. It does note that : *Excluding -. When I tried to book nights for my wedding anniversary with my e-certificates at the -, by - it would not allow me. I called and - - told me that that hotel was not honoring the certificates, even though it was clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions that - - hotels were included.
