Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
We bought a bed at - in -, - We filled out an application for - separate credit cards with Synchrony Bank . - was approved at $5500.00 and the other - approved at $2700.00 for the full purchase price of $8200.00. The transaction was all charged to the - card approved for $5500.00. We have called the store 8x and customer service 8x to have to charges corrected to reflect on both cards. Synchrony bank will not fix the transaction. The store says they ca n't either. The transaction shows on the monthly statement as all being charged to - credit card. It shows the card is being utitlized 141 % of the credit allowed. The transaction has destroyed out FICO - points negatively. They will not correct the problem to put the charges on both credit cards.
