On at least - previous occasions, I request Scottrade cease and desist communicating with me via email and other methods of communication, citing State Unsolicited Email Law, and Federal Debt Collection Practices, yet Scottrade has failed to acknowledge these email and has sent me another email, in violation of numerous State and Federal statutes.
